1.--Election Bribery
Office of the Special Counsel, Michael Gableman, files this Investigative Report on Wisconsin’s administration of the 2020 elections. In the report, Gableman says Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg's insertion of $8.8 million into Wisconsin's Democrat cities amounts to "election bribery", in violation of Wisconsin law.

Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump by roughly 20,000 votes in Wisconsin.
Before mail-ins were counted, Trump had a slight lead of 51%
"In Wisconsin, mail-in ballots are not allowed to be counted prior to Election Day and all ballots must be counted until the count is complete, meaning clerks will be working late into the night." [Politifact]
At 3:42AM, November 4, mail-in ballots were registered in bulk resulting in 143,379 for Biden, giving him the lead, (according to Time-stamped entries from New York Times.)
There is one small problem with that explanation: The record shows that 43% of mail in ballots in Wisconsin were requested and returned by Republicans; only 35% by Democrats.
